Privacy policy

The controller is Nexum Care s.r.o., Company ID 29616484, with its registered office at Plzeňská 3352/156, Smíchov, 150 00 Praha 5, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register.

Training takes place at Pod Břízkami 800, Pardubice-Zelené Předměstí, 530 02.

From the contact form we process your first and last name, email, phone number, the service you selected and your message, if you write one.

We use it for a single purpose: to reply to you and arrange training. The legal basis is steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

We do not send any newsletter based on it and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing purposes.

We do not sell it or pass it on to anyone else. We do, however, use two services that process it on our behalf for technical reasons:

• -Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) sends the emails from the form
• -Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA) hosts this website

Both are based in the United States, so processing involves a transfer of data outside the European Union. This relies on the safeguards under Chapter V GDPR, namely standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

We keep enquiries for three years from the last communication with you. This matches the general limitation period, so we have records should a dispute arise. After that period we delete them.

If you ask for deletion sooner, we delete them sooner.

We measure traffic with Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. They use no cookies and do not identify individual visitors; the data is aggregate only. That is why there is no cookie banner on this site: there is nothing to consent to.

In relation to your data you have the right to:

• -access the data we hold about you
• -rectification, if it is inaccurate
• -erasure
• -restriction of processing
• -object to processing
• -portability of your data to another controller

Just write to petr@nexumcare.cz. We reply within one month at the latest. For more complex requests the deadline may be extended, but we will let you know.
